But the kobold knows that he will need allies if he is ever going to find the land of his dreams: Dragon's Reach. The elves of Krasslands seem pious and proud, but will they climb down from their gilded halls to take the kobold up on an alliance? And the Heathen peoples of Salt Water Marsh are wary of outsiders.
